We process orders as quickly as we can, and some may already be on their way or delivered by the time you reach out. Therefore, cancellation might not always be possible.
For orders scheduled for future delivery, we'll try our best to accommodate your request. Please get in touch via email or phone in such cases.

What happens if my product arrives damaged?
We are sorry your packaged arrived damaged. While we do our best to pack the products for safe shipping, sometimes damage can occur while in transit through the deliver method. If your product is damaged in shipping, you will need to submit a claim to the USPS.
ALL our packages are insured so keep your receipt and the packaging it came in to make the claim. According to USPS terms of service: "

What happens if I don't like the product?
If you are dissatisfied with the product, Contact us within 72 hrs at sales@lindas.kitchen and let us know you were dissatisfied with the product. You can ship the product back to us. The product must be received by us within 3 days of pick-up or receipt from shipping. You must pay for the packaging to return to:

Once we get the product back we will process your full refund during the next 30 business days. This does not apply to custom orders.
For CUSTOM orders (cut out cookies we specifically design and or make at your request) we require a 50% deposit which is non-refundable.
